Bob
Knotek
has been a successful corporate manager, entrepreneur, and
academic.
For nearly 20 years he provided capital acquisition advice to
the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and its resource
partners, SBDC and SCORE. As a private consultant practicing in
the field of economic development, he counseled hundreds of
public and private organizations on access to capital programs
and strategies.
During the 1990’s he was on the core launch teams for the
acclaimed Kauffman Foundation Fasttractm
Entrepreneurship Programs at the University of St. Thomas
and the University of Iowa, after which he spent three years on
the faculty of National American University teaching finance,
money and banking. Before co-founding the
Bell Mortgage
Commercial Lending Group, he lectured and researched in Russia,
Australia, Spain, Sweden, Cuba, and South Africa.
Bob is certified by the National Development Council (New York)
as an Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP),
fully capable of writing and analyzing a wide range of loan
requests and packages. He has been given a featured profile in
Who's Who in Finance and Industry regularly since 1995,
and holds a Certified Professional Consultant (CPC)
designation from The
Consultants Institute (Baltimore).
