Kathy Harrison
has been a successful mortgage professional,
manager and mortgage executive.
Kathy brings 26 years of mortgage banking experience that
includes
origination's
in excess of 800 million dollars. In 1997 she co-founded The
Harrison-Knotek Group with her residential business partner
Mikal Knotek. In 1998 they moved their group to Bell Mortgage. Kathy also took on the roll of
Vice President / Branch Manager for Bell and oversees the day to
day operations of Bell's largest producing branch.
Kathy has been nationally recognized as a Top
Producer and continues to maintain a status within the top 2% of
mortgage professionals in the state of Minnesota. Her extensive
new construction experience includes Fannie Mae project
approvals, FHA / VA project approvals, FHA / VA master
appraisals and multi-project management and reporting.
Kathy continues to educate consumers and industry
professionals
through community classes and private seminars.
